白宮的緊急刺激經濟方案將發放5000億給民眾，誰有資格領取紓困金？

美國國稅局官方於2020年3月30日宣佈，因受新冠病毒疫情影響，
白宮的緊急刺激經濟方案將發放5000億給民眾，領取紓困金補貼資格簡單總結如下：

7.5萬美元/年<單身收入<9.9萬美元/年，最高補貼1200美元
15萬美元/年< 家庭收入<19.8萬美元/年，最高補貼2400美元
單身收入>9.9萬美元/年，家庭收入>19.8萬美元/年，沒有補貼。

每名兒童可以獲得$500美元的補貼，一個家庭最多2個名額。

但是，美國註冊會計師羅霞提醒您，如果您沒有提交2019年或2018年納稅申報表，即使符合資格，也無法領取補貼。

Who is eligible for the economic impact payment?

The Internal Revenue Service announced on 30th March that for the economic impact by coronavirus, there will be the amount 500 billion economic impact payments distributed to people. Below is the brief summary to check if you’re eligible for the economic impact payment depends on your adjusted gross income and your filing status.

$75,000 < individuals < $99,000, the full payment is up to $1200
$150,000 < couples filing joint returns < 198,000, the full payment is up to $2400
Parents also receive $500 for each qualifying child (up to 2 children)

However, the USCPA Luo Xia reminds you that if you didn’t file the tax return for 2018 or 2019 tax year, even you meet the AGI and filing status, you’re still “not” eligible for the economic impact payment.
